I have a VivoMini, a ZenBook, a VivoBook (all three Asus), and a Beelink Mini PC. Not one has received the Feature Update, but yesterday all of them got a cumulative update. Aren't I seeing press everywhere about the Feature Update?
Yes it is released but on a metered rollout. No need to rush, there are still some bugs.

Download the Iso file and you`ll have it. BUt there`s no need if what you have is working fine.

Yes, there was a cumulative, Both for the 1809 build and the 1903 Release Preview build. Yes, it is available. No, it is not widely, if at all, been received thru Windows Update. MS is trickling it out based on best hardware first and other telemetry.
You can get it manually by following any of the instructions in the thread. They all work. Backup first......

Thanks everyone. It was just strange timing to having a cumulative update released THE SAME DAMN DAY they announce a feature update. I'm in no hurry. I was just confused.
MS update finally downloaded 1809 to my pc in Feb of this year. Yesterday I was surfing the net for a MS Creation tool download and it took me to a ms page that had big blue button with 'windows 10 1903 download' on it. I clicked and it checked my system and said my pc wasn't quite ready. It took me straight to my download setting page and downloaded a cu. I rebooted and back to update and it downloaded a second cu. I rebooted again and the feature 1903 update popped up. It took me all evening to get it to work, but finally it took and it seems to be working fine.
Don't be confused, be grateful. That cumulative update has given you full control over when, or even if, you allow the Features Update to install. You can now leave it for as long as you want before clicking 'Download and install now'. Only if your windows gets within a month or so of its end of support will in be installed automatically. Here's what you'll see in 1809 when windows update says the features update is available for your machine.
