    Good question. I don't see anywhere on their web site to do that. Ask the tech when he arrives. Probably won't have a clue but maybe can provide a number to call.

    Yes. I do hope he knows something regarding the same.. what I am concerned is that the technician doesn't know much about windows 10. All that he can do is to reset 10 which he cannot do now.

    Hi ,
    The technician detected that there was no os and recommended for a replacement. Amazon did not approve of it and instead gave me an option for refund. Tomorrow their people will pick up this defective product and money will be refunded within 3-4 days.. will these Amazon people warn these sellers?

    Not sure what you mean will Amazon warn these sellers? Obviously if Amazon paid the seller they will debit the seller. Amazon will not be out of pocket. The seller will then either fix and resell or will go after manufacture.

    You have or will have your money. Find another device.
