    My windows 10 Install

My install went great-still getting used to it, however my husband's machine has windows 7-he had put in a reserve and got the little while windows flag and then the flag disappeared-he still cannot get it back and has not been able to get a download to come in. Mine is here-his should have been. But, with the flag gone and we looked in his window update area and nothing has come in yet. Tried to reserve it again-but it says it already had even though there is no while windows emblem in the lower right area of the desktop. What to do?
He saw me downloading mine and is frustrated with the problem he is having.
