Anyone Brave Enough To Read My Logs? (1803/1809/1903 (fromWI) Fail

I'm not good at interpreting logs partly due to failing eyesight and partly due to my ignorance of how they work.
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks. That's long list so I'll get to it just as soon as I've dealt with my mail and booted from Win 7 to Win10.
23: The BIOS is up t0 date according ro ASUS website. This is NOT a Dell machine so would rather not tun their software (26) as it plants ads everywhere.
27: Interesting, I'll have to pull the card out of my machine if I can reach it, to prevent software/drivers etc installing. So I am wondering if that is the culprit right there.
With regards to question 8. I only have McAfee installed in my C: Windows 7 so do I need to uninstall that for another partition/disk's problems?

The specs in the "My Computer" section displayed Dell.
Other computers were not yet displayed.

    Step #25 will be useful.
Steps#8 #23 #26 were based on the posted Dell information.
Skip these steps since the computer with the failed upgrade is Asus.

The motherboard is ASUS, the computer is Alienware prior to the Dell takeover. I just missed that by a week or 2. Will attend to your other requests and update my computer details asap.

I've removed the TV tuner PCIe card and cleared out the associated software and update failed same reason as before.

The failure to upgrade can be troubleshooted after you recover from the surgery.
    Then it should be 1903.

Thanks but that could be a long time ahead so I will answer the questions asap.
I was merely pointing out that it will be done when I can.
