I was looking at the logs and noticed this:

Are you disconnecting everything before doing the install. If not try it, leaving just the mouse, keyboard and a single display connected. If you have multiple hard drives, disconnect all but the drive you are installing to. If you can't do this physically maybe you can disable then in BIOS setup, though physical disconnect is much better.

Looks like you have Win 10 Enterprise in the first partition N: and Win 10 Pro in the 3rd partition O: and Win 7 is C: though I can't tell what Disk that is. Your drive layout over all looks very strange.

Ideally you would delete all partitions on the drive you are installing to then select the raw, unallocated drive to install to and let the Windows installer setup the partitions it needs.

Do you per chance have another drive you could use in place of the one with Enterprise and Pro on it, then do a Clean Install to it after deleting all partitions? I believe it will install then.

That appears to be part of my Canon printer which is a brand new model. Canon are usually well up with their software, but I guess that isn't always the case. I don't have a completely blank disk Can you explain why putting an installer though all that extra hard work would succeed where a regular update doesn't? MS really need their heads banging if they are making code that breaks a conventional upgrade. Feature updates should be improvements, not jigsaw puzzles made with missing pieces just so almost everyone gets shafted at some stage or another.
Sorry I'm venting, but really it's ridiculous. I have already disconnected everything except an ancient wired Microsoft set of mouse and keyboard and my digital connection to the monitor. I think yesterday was probably my 20th attempt.
At least with Enterprise updates so far are all KB's which are downloadable as a separate entity. I find they always succeed if I install from the desktop rather than through WU if they wont go in via the normal channel..
Yes I disconnecting all external devices except my monitor, speakers and keyboard/mouse.

On second thoughts, I guess I could use disk 1...? I'll have to think about that, thanks for the ideas.
However, I can't afford to start having to buy new licenses from MS.....that's a ;limiting factor.
This is how the HDDs look in Win 7 Disk Mngmnt.

Peter, just speaking from experience. I've had, and have read about here, many cases where simplifying the computer setup allowed an install to complete, then reconnect the additional hardware one or two at a time got everything back working.

Yesterday for instance, I was working on an old Dell Poweredge 480 (or 840, forget which) and I could not get the install to complete. I futzed with it for a bit and finally realized it had an old Cmedia PCIe Audio card. Rather than remove the card, I pressed Shift+F10 at the first window after the first reboot, entered devmgmt.msc to get to Device Manager and disabled the Audio device. Exited out and completed install with no problems. Enabled audio after install completed now I'm looking for a driver.

I hear you. I just edited the post above. must have cross-posted with you. The above is my DM as shown in Windows 7, (which I tend to trust more than any of my WQin 10's)
I could use Disk 1 as shown above and I know everything looks out of sequence but that happened when I had to swap one of my HDD's

Worth a try. Use Disk 1. Disconnect all other disks so it's the only one connected. Delete both partitions so it's a raw, unallocated drive, then click next and see what happens.

Get down to the most basic system you can. PITA I know but it often works when nothing else will.

PITA for 2 reasons, 1) It will claim it's C: drive which will screw up all my Neosmart EasyBCD and I Reboot settings, but can be dealt with eventually.
    2) Where to disable my Sound device for the W10 "fresh" install, In Windows 7 which is currently C: ?
Sorry I'm not au fait with command one can do at boot. I do know however how to fresh install Windows on a blank disk
I can prepare it beforehand I guess.

As I thought, I think I just bricked my PC. It refuses to even power on. I’ll keep at it. Posting this from my iPad Pro which thankfully I bought a keyboard/case for so it does a great job of pretending it’s a laptop.

If you get it to power up again, you can disable the audio device on the first boot after starting the install. That's the first time it boots from the files it's copied to the hard drive.

Press Shift+F10 to get to a Command Prompt.
Enter devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager.
FInd your audio device, right click on it and select Disable.
Exit back to install and continue.

Well it finally booted up when it decided to and alas I still couldn't install 1809 even with audio disabled.
