Well, wherever you get the Windows 10 ISO from you're going to have to download about 3 or 4 GB. The MCT actually has the smallest download requirement as it uses the more compressed ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) format for its install.esd file in the Sources folder. Other ISOs may use the larger Install.wim.
At my maximum download speed of 15 Mbps (mega bits per second) 3 GB (giga bytes) would take 27 minutes to download (one byte = eight bits). If your speed is really 100 Kbps then that would take nearly three days for you to download. Do you have a friend or relative on a faster connection that could download it for you?
You can test your broadband speed on Google, just search for 'broadband speed test'. The top result should be Google's own speed test.
