ok, version is 1809.
using the Version : 10.0.17763 which makes sense.as I would not have bothered with 1803 on a usb installer.

and if you recreate media before 19xx is released your media will have build 17763.379 instead of the older one you have 17763.107.
I keep copies of the different Media Creation Tools and name them appropriately. Each one will down load a specific version like 1803 or 1809 or eventually 19xx.
Glad you got it sorted, sorry I didn't see space missing. in my post. Updated my records.
I got notebook today, its nice looking. It had a reset 10 home os. Said was activated with a digital license. So I looked into logging in as me, and I was able to do all that and now it is linked to me with a digital account and activated.
So I am currently updating home OS lots of pending installs.
Is there a way to just force the 1809 update? well it just found the cumulative 1809 update and then I had told it to install prior updates and it said it cant because others are in progress, so this could take a while.
ok, I think its done updating. And the seller apparently already updated this to 1809 cause thats what its running. His ad showed it running 1703

Cool. I would still clean install but that is just me.
I saw you got your instructions on creating a dual boot. Sounds like you will be busy.
If it is a business computer I wouldn't expect colours.
I would head to vendor site and see if they have software or drivers for colour. Depending exactly what reset used to reinstall Windows that driver / software could be missing. I have an HP4440. Clean install requires me to get Hotkey Button driver.
Sounds nice. Hope it treats you very well.
