What should I do if I accidentally wipe my MCT created USB flash drive containing the installation files with diskpart clean command and I don't have another PC handy to redownload the MCT? Do I need to call a repair shop?
You can make more than one USB flash drive, and create more than one DVD. Labels....
1) Don`t use it and you won`t accidentally wipe the install files.
2) If you download and save the Iso file on your computer now, you can always create another installer on your flash drive.
3) Why would you need another PC to create another installer ?

Why can't you just make another install USB using the same computer that you used to post this thread?
You can get the ISO after installing the MCT or from
UUP dump - Windows 10 ISO direct download tool
And after you make the installation USB, keep the ISO. You can use the ISO to make any replacement USB and you can use the ISO or the USB to run a "Repair install" [aka "InPlace upgrade"]
