    True. And if it shipped with an 8/8.1/10 Home key and you subsequently upgraded to W10 Pro then a clean install will automatically install W10 Home, as it does on one of my machines. There are ways to modify the install media to force a Pro install, but the simplest way (provided you have previously activated 10 Pro on this machine) is to let it install Home then upgrade to Pro by changing the installed key to the generic 10 Pro key.

    I have 3 different keys for Windows 8.1 pro. Will that work if I show one of them on a clean install.

    Yes, provided the keys haven't exceeded their activation counts.

    Final update. Placing Win 8.1 key in clean install activated Win 10 Pro
