Creating a system back up ISO image to USB

I've just done a fresh W10 install. I'd like to create an ISO that I can use rufus (or similar/better?) to create a bootable image from USB that I can install Windows that includes all of my essential drivers and programs already installed.

Is this possible? What's the best method?

    Thank you

Use Macrium Reflect Free or Premium to create a backup image to a large enough USB flash drive or external hard drive. Create the Macrium Rescue flash drive or CD to use to restore the image if needed. Macrium is highly recommended by most of the people who hang out here. The backup image will contain everything and if you restore it, it will put you right back to where you were when the image was created.

This is a somewhat dated tutorial on how to use Macrium reflect.
