Recommended clean install for this situation

Finally, success. It’s a Hewlett-Packard 20-r013w AIO. It was in “disaster” mode but fortunately it was up and running very quickly ensuring Windows Updates were ok as well as activation. I used NavyLCDR’s Download Windows 10 recommendation in post #5 last week but I wanted to make sure it stayed running fine for at least a week before posting if it stayed successful.

My friend called me yesterday as I had asked her to: she let me know they are happy it finally runs as it should.
