Well we will see in 27 days. I do not interpret the MS EULA the same as you do. I believe that as long as you have a valid license for each OS installed then there will not be a problem. I cannot believe that MS is going to stop dual/multi booting. If that is the case then why even allow it for 30 days?
Absolutely! As long as you don't have (for instance) upgraded Windows 10 and the OS you upgraded from installed then there will not be a problem. Upgrading to Windows 10 effectively invalidates that license key for the OS you upgrade from as long as Windows 10 is installed. If you remove 10 then you can definitely reinstall the original OS and have it activate.
