How were you able to start the clean install procedure if all you could do is boot into Bios?
"Booting is not working as well. Only from mediacreationtool until the part where you have to select harddisk"
--- Did you do the Windows 10 USB install & MCT mediacreationtool on a different computer?
On the steps 12 & 13, which BIOS Legacy or UEFI do you have?

The connection between the computer and the SSD has died. When it did, it booted into BIOS. The computer can still boot from a USB drive, but no drives are available to install to because the connection to the SSD has died. This is a hardware failure somewhere. You are going to have to physically fix the hardware problem.

    Thanks for that explanation NavyLCDR.

Post #8 “There is almost no chance for SSD to die, it is 2 years old only.”
--- Unfortunately, in some cases, you never know.

However, when you formatted the HDD, there might have been an EFI partition and if that has been removed that could be the root cause of your present problem.
--- Technically I’m not an HDD/SSD person but I’m going by some threads relating to that.

Please post the make/model of your SSD.

What is the original OS of your ASUS laptop: and what is the ASUS model?

That would not account for why Windows 10 install USB flash drive is showing there are no available drives to install to. A completely blank drive that is either brand new or had been completely wiped of all partitions will show as a drive with unallocated space to install to.

    Dalcina told

To check the disk, assuming you mean from post #1 the laptop is unbootable, you can try using a live boot disk - e.g. one made using Kyhi's iso, available from the top of the Software and Apps section. That includes programs you can use e.g. HD Tune. There's also a partition manager and a lot more as you will see.

    How can i do this?

    a. Go to where I said on the forum
    b. download the iso
    c. create a bootable disk with it
    d. stick the disk into a port on your PC
    e. boot your PC from that disk
    f. Use the programs available to you via shortcuts on the desktop and the start menu as shown where you get the iso from.

Just like any live bootable disk.

    bios

If you are booting onto the Bios instead of the Desktop (or Password screen if you have one set up) then it means that your order of Boot has changed. Usually because you've been told to change it to get the system to boot from your installation disk in a USB Port (or an external DVD Drive if you have one). Unless you change t back to where it was before this, it will continue trying to boot from the external drive that you used, but if that is emptty I believe it may default to the Bios.

If you have done this, then you need to return the Boot order so it goes to the Hard drive.

Can't show you any screendumps at moment because I am in the process of trying to get MY monster up and running.

If you thnk that this may the be the answer, I am sure someone elese can give you chapter and verse.

Please review NavyLCDR posts #'s 12 & 15. The core issues are mentioned.
--- In attempting to do a clean install, there isn't a disk to install on.

Is this manual for your ASUS R556LA laptop?
