Can't access drivers on intel nuc bare metal install

I HAVE A WIPED INTEL NUC5i7RHY. I AM TRYING TO INSTALL WINDOWS 10 HOME FROM A USB STICK I PURCHASED FROM MICROSOFT. THE NUC ONLY HAS USB PORTS FOR INPUTS.

1. AFTER STARTING UP THE COMPUTER, WINDOWS 10 LOADS THE INSTALL SCRIPT. WHEN PROMPTED I HIT "INSTALL NOW'
2. I THEN GET A LOAD DRIVER POPUP DIALOG SAYING A MEDIA DRIVER YOUR COMPUTER NEEDS IS MISSING. (I DOWNLOADED ALL OF THE NUC DRIVERS FOR WIN10 ONTO A 2ND USB DRIVE WHICH IS INSERTED INTO A 2ND USB PORT ON THE NUC)
3. THE DIALOG HAS AN OKAY BUTTON WHICH SHOULD SEARCH FOR THE DRIVER AFTER IT IS LOADED BUT WHEN I HIT OKAY, IT SAYS "NO DEVICE DRIVERS FOUND. MAKE SURE THE INSTALLATION MEDIA CONTAINS THE CORRECT DRIVERS.)
4. THERE IS ALSO A BROWSE BUTTON I TRIED BUT WHEN IT BRINGS UP THE FILE EXPLORER WINDOW IT DOESN'T SHOW THE DRIVERS USB DRIVE.
5. I HAVE ALSO TRIED REPLACING THE WINDOWS INSTALL USB WITH THE DRIVERS USB BUT WITH THE SAME RESULTS AND WHEN I TRY TO BROWSE TO THE DRIVERS THE FILE EXPLORER SHOWS THE WINDOWS INSTALL FILE TREE STILL

SO MY QUESTION IS: HOW DO I GET THE WINDOWS INSTALL TO FIND THE DRIVERS?

Please don't type in all-caps - it's very difficult to read.

When did you purchase the Win10 USB stick? I suspect it may have a very old version that doesn't have built-in drivers for the NUC.

If you have another USB stick you can create your own Win10 install drive: see option 1 in Download Windows 10 ISO File | Tutorials

Creating a new install drive also has the benefit of not needing to download a bunch of updates to get to the latest version.

Can you connect the NUC to internet, and let Windows look there for what it wants?

Can you just ignore all missing drivers and complete the Setup? Once you are in Windows, you should be able to access the second USB Flash drive with the drivers and install them. If you want to create a bootable USB Flash drive with latest Windows 10 version, you can download and run Media Creation Tool. There is an option to download the ISO for installation on another computer. Download the ISO and then create a bootable Flash drive with it. Use it to install Windows 10.

The OP's problem is that Windows Setup can't proceed because it needs drivers to access the USB and/or SATA devices.

I agree that the easiest thing to try first is to create a new install USB drive and try Windows Setup again.
