Hello, I wish to know where to download win10 pro. And my pc has pre installed license key for win10. so how to do a clean installing for win10 pro ?

But does the computer now have Win10 Pro? As far as i have determined the Product Key/license doesn't transfer from Home to Pro, have to buy the Pro license either full Retail or Upgrade. Nor does the license transfer between the other Editions such as Educational, Enterprise, etc. Last time I looked the Store has the Pro Upgrade version for $99USD.

I have a copy of win10 pro full retail. No, the pre installed license can only be use for win10 home .
My guess is only upgrade is possible.

If having the full Pro and not concerned about what is on the drive I'd do a clean install. The change most likely will ask for the Product Key but you may be able to skip until the install finishes then Activate it. Or do the Upgrade over Home from within Windows keeping your programs and files.
