I have no idea what that means lol.. Sorry.. And I can't install windows 10. I learned a few thing s tho. So mad at my friend for breaking my laptop and having to buy this Acer thing that won't upgrade. Ah well x
What was the information that you saw about Intel GPU?
Please post the error message or error code that you saw.
There are log collectors that collect logs from the computer.
For example msinfo32, drivers, dxdiag, event viewer, etc.
The commands are run by clicking on the link and the folder appears on the desktop > zip > upload into the thread
The log collectors were designed for Windows 10 but they could work on Windows 10. Post whatever you see on the desktop.
The instructions are on this web page:

So sorry.. It's gone now. It just said my intel graphics was incompatible for Windows 10 and wouldn't display properly. This is a second hand laptop that I reluctantly bought yesterday. Good memory, and Windows 8 . I didn't think I wouldn't be able to upgrade it . At least I got to 8.1. it'll do me for a bit I guess x
If the computer came with Windows 8 there should be no problem getting the Digital License after getting it Upgraded to Windows 10, it reads the information in the BIOS for that, at least mine did. The only time I had to provide the Product Key was during a clean install on a computer that had come with Windows 7, replaced the drive and had no OS running. Most times Upgrading over Windows 7 while it was running worked fine.
Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)
Use the same information to create a new thread in our sister website eight forums.
Plan to close this thread after the Panther logs are reviewed (if the hardware is incompatible and not the driver)
Please post the results of the DM log collector in this thread.
Maintain just one thread at a time.
What was the error message seen when you had attempted to run the beta log collector with Windows 8?
If the hardware problem prevents the upgrade then consider opening a new thread in our sister website: Eight forums.

Upgrading to 1809? That looks like this known blocking issue is preventing the upgrade.
Windows 10 October 2018 Update version 1809 Now Re-Released - Windows 10 Forums

- Windows 10, version 1809

- Windows Server, version 1809
Microsoft has identified issues with certain new Intel display drivers. Intel inadvertently released versions of its display driver (versions 24.20.100.6344, 24.20.100.6345) to OEMs that accidentally turned on unsupported features in Windows.
After updating to Windows 10, version 1809, audio playback from a monitor or television connected to a PC via HDMI, USB-C, or a DisplayPort may not function correctly on devices with these drivers.
Workaround: To see if your device is affected and, if so, resolve the issue, see this Windows Forum post.
Next Steps: Microsoft is working with Intel to expire these display drivers, including coordinating with OEMs, and will provide an update on the resolution in an upcoming release.
If that's the case, then upgrading to 1803 should work because it doesn't have these issues.... that is, if you get an ISO. You can't get one using the MCT now that 1809 is out, but this 3rd-party tool can generate a link do download one direct from Microsoft's servers. It's either that, or wait for MS to resolve these issues before attempting to upgrade to 1809.
