    We couldnt find any drives, windows 10 installation


    I just wanted to install windows 10 from dvd and when i want to install it says i dont have any hard drive you can see in images. In boot menu i can see my HDD but in windows installtion can not find it. Imgur: The magic of the Internet Imgur: The magic of the Internet

    Please advise status of your hardware.

    Is it a new PC? Have changes just been made to the hardware? Was it working just prior to your installation attempt? Is there anything else we should know?

    Please complete specs for your PC. See mine for comparison.

    Hello, my laptop is acer f5-573G and i had windows 10. I was working with my laptop then my disk usage was 100% i couldnt work with it so i restarded it windows automatic repair showed up and it couldnt repair it so i decided to install windows agian and this happend also i got a pic that says my hard dirve size is 0B idk why but it can run windows repair from hard so its not 0B i tried to clean disk but i didnt help

    You should check the health of that drive first. Those are symptoms of a bad disk.

    Agreed. Everything is pointing to a hard drive failure.

    You can do that using a boot disk such as Kyhi's - iso available from the top of the Software and Apps section here.
    You can use the instructions from Option 2 here as a guide:
    Redirect Notice
    but use Kyhi's iso.

    When you boot your PC from that you can then use HD Tune (Health and Error scan tab) - assuming any access to the disk(s).
