    C:\$windows.~BT

On one of my windows 7 pro machines I have found this folder (C:\$windows.~BT) which is 4.3gb in size and has a setup.exe file (look like windows install disk). It has downloaded onto this PC with out me doing anything, dated 2nd August 2015.

I have already upgraded 2 other machines 1 by download iso and a notebook by clicking the white box, all work fine.

If i want to upgrade the machine with C:\$windows.~BT do I just run setup when I'm ready to go?

    Thanks

C:\$windows.~BT\sources\install.wim and boot.wim also need to be there before you can upgrade. I don't think running setup.exe will work.

If you want to upgrade now, use the MediaCreationTool as you did for one other machine.
