Cant access bios Dell Desktop

I am trying to reinstall windows on my Dell Inspiron 580 Desktop PC. I have downloaded the media creation tool and prepared a bootab;le USB stick. However using F12 or F2 the optioons that pop up when I first power up I can't get into the Bios.

If it's booting win10 it's simply a matter of it boots to fast to catch the key press if you do a restart or start safe mode you may catch it in time start hitting f2 as you hit power and keep hitting it

No amount of speed at pressing F2 or F12 will get me into the bios. It goes to a screen with the 4 pale blue window panes and rotating dots and hangs there.

I have a Dell Inspiron 580 Desktop PC and it does not have UEFI.
If this is your case, you will want to disable Fast Startup.

C hange of keyboard got me into bios then windows reinstalled. Now cant get windows to boot.

5th attempt lucky - was using wrong version of windows.
