You are 100% correct !!!

Additional to that:
1) Get rid of the pre-installed softwares, which is also considered as personal preference. Someone might want it.
2) Get rid of the unnecessary partitions, which can save some spaces.

Since the Flex comes with the Home pre-installed, when I reinstalled the Home edition, it didn't need a key.
