    Thanks for the reply Batlhilz,

I tried it but it won't show any available updates.

I check on Sony website and they said they not yet release driver updates for windows 10

disable all the antivirus and firewall programs - as in remove them, might be another helpful thing to try

I try with Driver upgrades, there no updates for network drivers (Marvel) , I even tried installation with Media creation tool but not able to complete installation beyond 32% , I check with Sony website and they clearly saying they not yet supporting on Windows 2010.

It looks I need to hold installation till December / till Sony releases drivers for Windows10.

I have the same laptop that you have and ran into the exact same issue. I am thinking that its a driver issue that is keeping the laptop from updating the normal way.

The only way around this issues is to use this method here. http://www.pcsteps.com/45-download-w...-legally-free/

This link will walk you through downloading a legal copy of windows 7. Make sure that you have your Windows product key as you will need it to register your machine.

The above link will show you how to get the whole process up and running. This will install a copy of windows 10 on your machine and will basically keep all of your files and settings.

After you run the setup (takes about 3 hours total ) you will then have the option of doing a clean install. (Which I recommend)

Windows 10 is up and running. I am only missing one driver.. and I believe its for the webcam which I never use.

I would also recommend updating to an SSD for better performance.

    I hope this helps.
