Yes, every 1809. But you'll only see it if you try to extract files from a .zip to a location that already contains a file of the same name. It fails to ask you if you want to overwrite it with the new one or keep the original. It will always leave the original intact.
Isn't that bug only existing when using Windows built in zip app? As far as I know 3rd party apps like WinRAR are not affected.

Yes. The bug in in explorer's built-in zip functions. No other third-part apps are affected by this bug.

If you use Explorer then it's easy enough to work around it - just extract to a new or empty folder and you're never going to see this bug. It has already been fixed in the 19H1 Insider previews, so I'd expect a fix in the next cumulative update.

No Bree I don't use Explorers built in zip function, I bought winRAR around 15 years ago and never looked for any other archiving app

No response from the original poster @Bansisingh. Very curious where he got 1809 from as it's been withdrawn for 3 weeks or so.

I still have the ISO I made on 2nd October using the MCT, it could have come from a friend who still had theirs...

I got the Upgrades to Version 1809 installed on 2 Desktops and 2 Notebooks on the day released and which haven't given any trouble yet. I also got both the Bootable USB and the .iso file using the MCT process on the same day as released. The .zip 'bug' hasn't occurred for me as the .zip files I downloaded have created their own Folder when Extracted.
