HP laptop keeps embedding some hp thing into fresh install.

I've been having problems with an hp laptop (unsure of model) of it not booting into windows, so i decided to do a fresh reinstall. After deleting and formatting all partitions in the installer and installing windows, somehow the boot logo is hp instead of windows 10 logo, and it takes forever getting something ready, i let it sit for over 30 minutes doing that and it was still there, and i have a feeling that whatever the computer is doing to the install with the hp logo thing is causing a problem doing boot. any help with this?

The HP logo comes from the HP firmware, not from Windows.

motherboard logo can be disabled/enabled in BIOS, although that should not cause any problems with boot up time.

You can also find out your motherboard make and model by typing these 2 commands into command promt:

wmic
baseboard

then look at "Manufacturer" and "Product" field, and use the info to check for chipset driver updates and see if they have drivers for Windows 10.

At this point i have no way to boot into windows to see this

have you formatted your HDD trough GUI in Windows installer or by using diskpart trough SHIFT + F10?
maybe you just formated partitions and without making a fresh partition table?

1) Open the HP website > software and drivers > HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support > remove the battery from the computer > record the product and serial number > on the HP website enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

2) Find a flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB)

3) Create a brand new Windows 10 iso build 1803:
Download Windows 10
Download Windows 10 ISO File | Windows 10 Tutorials

4) Perform a clean install:
Clean Install Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

5) Overnight run the on board HP UEFI hardware diagnostics and report the tests performed and the results into the thread
(Power on the computer and repetitively click the F2 key.)

What process did you use to do the fresh install?
Since you cannot boot into Windows, try HP's pre-boot diagnostics and see what it reports.
Upon startup, press & hold or keep tapping ESC or immediately and run HP's diagnostics.
