HP laptop reset

    I have finally done a factory reset,F11 key didn't work and I have not got HP Recovery Manager installed,on booting up a message appears in bottom left of screen "Press Esc to view win setup" this brings up a recovery menu which included "Factory Reset" which I selected and one hour later I was back to Win7 Home Premium,just updating everything and generally personalising,it is an old laptop so will be good to play about with it until support is finally withdrawn.Thanks all for your input
