    The first thing I would do is let Windows update cycle through until no updates are left. Then look in device manager and see what is left needing drivers.

    What they said. I find I don't have to load too many motherboard drivers anymore these days.

    However, the ordering really doesn't matter. I usually do the video card drivers towards the end...unless the resolution is so far off that working on the other updates would be painful.

    AMD includes GPU drivers with Chipset drivers. Windows and MS keep a good base of such drivers and during initial setup, specially if computer is connected to internet by wire, will install latest certified drivers which you could change later on.

    For me it's always been installing the included motherboard drivers as the Network adapter is needed for updates and the Activation and Windows may not have the necessary drivers for it.

    I'm really sorry guys for the late reply. I've forgotten that I have create a thread.
    This is still confusing for me. So, what I did is that, after I installed the Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.345 if this matters) I installed the Video Card Driver next because like what you guys have said above, Windows already installed most of the drivers. Does this mean I don't need to install the Chipset or any Drivers for my Board?

    MotherBoard = AMD A8-7600 (F2A88XM-HD3)
    Memory = DDR3 (8GB)
    Video Card = Sapphire Nitro Radeon R7 360 2GB D5

    I always prefer installing current drivers from manufacturer's site over Windows update.
    the ordering doesn't really matter, but chipset drivers first, then the rest.

    ensuring to avoid installing bloatware that comes from manufacturer.

    Yes, from amnufacturer's sit but if possible fro manufacturer of particular part, ie. AMD instead off Asus (if that's the make of your MB, GPU, sound, NIC etc.). They would have latest drivers.
    W10 has most of drivers available during OS installation but they are not consistent. Some may be just elementary, enough for system to work but are also certified and most likely to work.
    Here's for instance drivers for all AMD products: AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops where you can pick and choose (but carefully):

    Thanks for your replies guys, I already sort this one out. My PC is now running great with all your suggestions :)
    Closing this thread now.

    What I did was Format PC>Installed New OS (Win 10)>Let Windows run its update til nothing left>Installed Motherboard Chipset>Installed Video Card Driver.
