Can't do what you requested because I dont have his computer with me. I am not sure I trust my fried to do it by himself because he may mess things up which would be a catastrophe !

They are diagnostic commands and are pasted all at once.
So there should be little to mess up.
It may be possible to communicate by telephone as the command is pasted into command prompt?
The results should be displayed immediately after clicking enter.
Then save to notepad and save to a flash drive or email.

I plan to get hold of his laptop in a day or so. I will then do all the diagnostics and check various folder sizes etc. Will paste to thread when done. Tks
