That image displayed the flash drive that is attached to computer.
It is approximately 29 GB.
When you booted to the flash drive there were two options:
a) click install
b) click repair your computer
When you clicked repair your computer it opened with troubleshoot > command prompt > you typed the above commands
When you clicked install it did not display any menu items.
Power off and power on the computer to view the BIOS.
See if you can see the computer's drive displayed in the BIOS.
What are the BIOS settings?
UEFI
Legacy
UEFI native without CSM
UEFI hybrid with CSM
Is secure boot on or off
Post images of the BIOS settings into the thread

So when I go to my boot options I have two separate things to boot from. One of them is Sandisk. The other is partition one. If I select this one I have a drive 0 and am able to do all of the commands you suggested earlier tonight. For disk 0 it says there are no partitions to show. Everything else worked on the commands. And I typed exit. And now I can’t see any drives on the where do you want to install Windows.

Were you able to see the drive in the BIOS?
Is the BIOS Legacy or UEFI?
Is secure boot on or off?
Is the drive IDE, SCSI, or SATA?
In the image that was posted the detail disk command result was missing.
What was the information for the detail disk?

When available please post images of the BIOS and the answers to the questions in the earlier post.
Is it set for IDE, ACHI, RAID?
If you have another flash drive please create a Kyhi bootable rescue flash drive:

Could you also please reconfirm your boot disk attachment. Power off and reseat it if m.2, (remove screw and reseat), if a standard drive reseat both cables, both ends.
Staring to suspect your drive failed. You said it was working and then nothing. It is brand new so an early failure is possible.
Boot into BIOS. Does your BIOS see drive. If not reload defaults and check again. Still no sign of drive contact vendor, that drive is likely dead.

Okay so I bought an internal pc ssd, hooked it up. It booted up windows, I put my product key in and it successfully installed, restarted, and the same thing keeps happening. It keeps rebooting to the windows setup screen.

Were the crashes bsod or non-bsod crashes?
Were you able to place the computer into safe mode?
Does the computer crash in safe mode?
Are you able to install Ubuntu/Linux on the new SSD?
If so evaluate the performance with a different operating system.
