Okay for deleting partitions, I typed disk part, list disk. And now I got a disk 0 and disk 1. I typed select disk 0. It says the disk you selected is not valid.

For deleting partitions do not use diskpart.
Diskpart is used in the repair your computer section.
Do not click repair your computer.
    Instead click install.
For deleting partitions use the options in the windows 10 iso after clicking install.

Please confirm that you have downloaded and run the Media Creation tool on the computer you are using now.

    Download Windows 10

I clicked install and went through all of that. Now it says there are no drives available to install windows. I’ve refreshed and nothing shows up.

Are you planning to install Windows 7 or Windows 10?

    Click repair your computer
    Click command prompt
    type: diskpart
    type: list disk
    type: list volume
    type: select disk 0
    type: detail disk
    type: list partition
    type: select disk 1
    type: detail disk
    type: list partition
    type: exit

Post an image of the above commands and results into the thread
