Please use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
In case there are problems posting images please use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

Find another flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB).
Create a bootable windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10

Perform the steps with this new windows 10 iso and post images into the thread for any error messages or error codes.

What are the status of the files on the computer?
    Are important files backed up?
    Is there a backup image?
Are you attempting to perform a clean install making an unallocated drive or perform a repair?

If you downloaded the Media Creation tool to the USB stick, put the stick in the computer you are using now, transfer the tool to the computer, then start File Explorer, find the tool and double-click it.

It’s a USB drive. I downloaded the Windows 10 creative tool to a USB drive. I start up the computer and hit f12 to go to the boot menu and select SanDisk (my usb drive) and that reboot and select proper boot device screen comes up.
Agree with zbook, find another 8GB key and redo. When you pick the the USB key the install process should start.

Just confirming this is a clean install and there is no data on disk. We wiped it several posts ago with Diskpart.

If you are using the Media Creation tool, the idea is to download and run it on a working Windows computer. It will prompt you for a USB stick and the end result should be a bootable device that will install a fresh copy of the latest version of Windows 10 on the problem computer. Please be advised that all existing files on the stick will be overwritten in the process.

Okay so I bought a new USB drive to start over. I installed the tool necessary to boot windows 10. Still no luck. I opened the command prompt and typed in list disk. It said ‘list’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.

Go to Download Windows 10 and in the "Create Windows Installation Media" box, select "Download tool now". Find the downloaded tool in File Explorer and double-click it. You will be prompted for a USB stick and the end result should be a device that can be used to start the problem computer and install the newest version of Windows.

Once there is a Windows 10 iso on the flash drive the following steps should be made before typing list disk:
    a) open the Windows 10 iso advanced troubleshooting menu
    b) click command prompt > this should open a black box with title bar: Administrator: X:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe and prompt: X:\Sources>
    c) type: diskpart
    d) type: list disk

There isn’t anything on this gaming computer I need to save. I can just do a clean install. It’s saying I don’t have a disk 0, just a disk 1. 29GB size, 0B free.

When the Windows 10 iso loads there are two options:
    a) install
    b) repair your computer

When installing windows make sure that there is only one physical drive connected to the computer besides the the flash drive.

Click install > delete all partitions > make an unallocated drive > install Windows without updates > once Windows is installed successfully perform updates >

Open the website for the computer or motherboard manufacturer > support > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > install the drivers (these are the best tested drivers for the computer's configuration)

For any drivers that are not displayed on the the computer or motherboard manufacturer's website > download drivers from the component manufacturer websites (Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Killer Networks, Realtek, etc)

    Intel driver and support assistant:
    Intel® Driver & Support Assistant

Nvidia driver detector (any browser that uses Java e.g. IE)
    NVIDIA

    AMD autodetect:
Auto-Detect and Install Radeon™ Graphics Drivers for Windows® | AMD

Websites that automatically find and install drivers can install unknown files.
The best drivers are from the computer or motherboard manufacturer websites.

Once drivers are installed perform another Windows update.

    Install software and any files.

    Then make a backup image.
There are free and pay versions:
    Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon
Macrium is widely used on Ten Forums.
