Skipping the Security Questions during Clean Install Setup process?

In case I decide to reinstall Windows 10 v1803 (or later releases) by performing a Clean Installation, how can I skip the Security Questions during the Local Windows Account setup stage? The first local account setup would be my Admin account. Then, once Windows completes the setup, then, I would create a Standard User local account.

But is there a way to skip the Security Questions during the clean installation?

Or, is there any way to remove the Security Questions on my two Local Accounts?

    Thanks!

The security questions are meant to help you when you forget the password. But if you set up the first account as a local account with a blank password then there's nothing to forget, so you don't get asked to set up the security questions.

You can then set a password for the account after you have signed in for the first time. You can also switch it to a Microsoft account if you wish.

Personally I always set up at least two administrator accounts, one of which is a local account, set aside just for maintenance purposes.
