Boot problems - boot configuration missing, installations 0

When I start my pc cold or most of the time from sleep, it will say
"The boot configuration data for your PC is missing or contains errors - File: \Boot\BCD - Error Code: 0xc000000f.
It doesn't happen when I restart from a working windows or if I go into uefi boot config and then exit/reset without changing any settings. I think going into the boot manager overrides some sort of default boot setting.

This started after I reinstalled windows as a cleanup/fix when it wouldn't start from sleeping, the screen would just remain black. Windows is on an ssd, my stuff is on the hard drive. I suspect I did something wrong during installation but I have no idea what. I'm happy to do a clean install if it comes to that. In the meantime I'll be backing stuff up.

    I've tried the bootrec routine
and when I try the "diskpart active" fix on the windows disk C:\, it says "the selected disk is not a fixed MBR disk. The active command can only be used on fixed MBR disks"
I've also tried renaming the BCD unsuccessfully

When using GIMP and clicking on the C:\ drive, it says
"Error when getting information for file “C:\pagefile.sys”: Input/output error"

    SrtTrail.txt file included (two errors)

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi, welcome to tenforums.
Could you clarify - when you reinstalled Windows, did you boot your PC from a bootable Win 10 installation medium?

Did you delete all existing Windows partitions (there will be one for C: and typically 3 others for a UEFI configuration) in the early part of the installation sequence as prompted?

Please post a screenshot of your existing partitions using Minitool Partition Wizard (not Disk Management) expanding all columns as necessary so text is visible.

To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post.

    What is your Windows build?
    (Windows key + R, winver)

Just added the images. Also updated post.

    OS Build 17134.285
I've got a pirate version but plan to buy windows soon. Will I have to do a clean install for that eventually?

It looks to me that I didn't delete the UEFI partition during installation. The C:\ drive shouldn't be UEFI right?
(I don't know much about EUFI).
