Hi Salty dog and welcome to Tenforums.
So you've downloaded the ISO to your computer, mounted it, and tried running setup, exe?

    Okay. Try this:

Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool

Download the Windows ISO Download Tool and use it to download the specific W10 ISO for your computer, to your desktop. This tool goes directly to the Microsoft servers to grab the ISOs, so no worries about 3rd-parties.

    Great! Good luck!
One thing: The ISO should be on your desktop (not on a flash drive) for a repair install. Right-click the ISO and select MOUNT, then run setup.exe.
