Been using the cmd method guys and loving it. One thing I cannot remember now is what folders to copy over. With 1903 on my windows 7 machine I used 7zip, and ended up with One Folder called "Windows" with all the necessary installation files in it. I looked on an old 1803 Hybrid I created and it all the files in the Root of the USB, and not the "Windows" Folder. So I will just open the Windows Folder and Copy those files over, though don't remember it being that way before?

    Thanks FM!

I mount the ISO then copy everything from the drive mounted to to the flash drive. You could just as easily use 7-zip and extract all the files directly to the flash drive.

Yes. Open the Windows folder. Move all of the files and folders inside it up one level to the root of the USB flash drive.

I just did this, but this time I get One Error, can someone tell me what is wrong if anything?

You do not need to "Extract" the ISO files...
Double Click the ISO to Mount it as a Virtual Drive..
Select all Files inside the new drive and copy to USB ..

But with that said - that error would be expected..

Once the USB partition is marked as Active it remains Active - unless clean command (or inactive command) given
And you can just use the context Menu format command to re-format USB

Sorry Kyhi, should have mentioned I'm on Windows 7

Another weird thing is: When I choose to Unzip the files to another folder, it created a Folder called Windows that Extracted all the files into? I'm guessing this is normal but would someone confirm?

You did not use the command correctly.
Use 7-zip: Right click on the ISO file->7-Zip->Extract Files. A windows popup, set options as shown below and use the root folder. Example in the picture G:\ is the root folder of the USB stick.

Is the USB flash drive partitioned as MBR or GPT. If it is MBR it is possible to boot both legacy BIOS and UEFI. If it is GPT then it is UEFI only.

Is the partition on the USB FAT32 or NTFS? If FAT32, it is possible to boot both legacy BIOS and UEFI. If NTFS, likely to boot in only legacy BIOS.

Is the partition marked as active? If the partition is not marked as active, then it will not not boot in legacy BIOS.

What you want for a universal USB flash drive is MBR partitioned with a Fat32 partition that is marked as active.
    Greetings NavyLCDR,
Couldn't have said it better. Well done.
    A quick question:
Is it possible to format the USB stick GPT/NTFS? If yes, how would it boot?
    Many thanks and best regards,

Yes, it is possible and it would boot in only a few select computers that support booting in UEFI from NTFS partitions.
