You could create the 32/64-bit USB directly from Media Creation Tool.

When you boot from the USB, you will see the screenshot below like at step 4 when doing a clean install.

You would use Rufus as usual to create the USB from the 32/64-bit ISO file.

I find Rufus has too many options to choose from, with little indication of which is required.
I make a usb from the ISO simply by mounting the ISO and copying all the files to the usb. The only requirement is that the usb has a Fat32 partition, marked Active if you want to boot on legacy systems. I prepare the usb with Diskpart commands, SELECT DISK #, CLEAN, CREATE PARTITON PRIMARY, SELECT PARTITION 1, FORMAT FS=FAT32 QUICK, ACTIVE.
Then just copy the files to it from the ISO. Such a usb is identical to the one made directly by the MCT and will boot on any system, legacy/UEFI, 32/64 bit. I know, because I've used mine to install on all of the above.
