The ssd I had in my laptop cannot be converted to gpt. I downloaded Macrium Reflect and it is greyed out. The disk management utility does not help at all. I need help. I have a picture of the disk in Macrium Reflect. Any assistance will be appreciated.
Click on command prompt in Macrium Reflect in bottom left hand corner and type
diskpart
list disk
select disk n (n is number of ssd - will most likely be 1)
clean (be certain you do not choose hdd as drive is wiped completely)
convert gpt
exit
exit
Or you can use Partition Wizard
You are trying to convert Disk 2 correct ?
Strange, if you had it in a laptop it should already be GPT or MBR.
