Might help if you posted a screen shot of what you see in Windows Disk Management for the drives in question. A picture is better than a description.

You may have to rely on a third party tool like Partition Wizard--pending what's seen in Windows Disk Management.

Yeah. You can't add the green unallocated space to C because that 861 MB partition is sitting between them, as shown in the pic.

It's just a Disk Management limitation.

You should be able to do it easily with Minitool Partition Wizard, a free download mentioned all over this forum.

    I think this is it:

Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online

Yes, that is the one. Quite easy to do, too. You literally move that 861 MB to the end (dragging it over with "move" option), apply, and all that unallocated belongs to c:. I've simplified it a little. But that's it.

Well thanks guys, I THINK I'm good now. I maxed out the C partition and deleted the two that seemed to be redundant and that broke something so I booted from the Macrium USB boot drive I made and told it to fix boot issues on C and now I have all my disk space and it booted obviously because I'm here I'll have to play with it and reboot a few times to make sure everything is dialed in and if it is I'm a happy camper now. I figured there were free tools but SSD to SSD is a bit different so it took some research and help.

You probably deleted the 861 MB recovery partition which means you now have no Windows Recovery Environment. If you open a Command Prompt (Admin) or Powershell (Admin) and run this command:

    reagentc /info

I'll bet it returns that your Windows RE status is Disabled. Not a huge deal.

Use Minitool Partition Wizard Free to extend the drive. Works great.

Apparently I did, is there a way to fix that without destroying everything now that works. Anyways it's booting from the 480 now but it keeps wanting to know which version I want to boot from and giving the timer to choose when it first boots and some things are complaining about the recovery partition being moved. Should have left well enough alone once I got that partition magic working. Even running a old image or rerunning a clone from the original boot drive doesn't fix that now but both drives will boot if on their own and I have the usb boot drive for repairs now.
I'm giving up for now but it boots and runs from the large drive and uses all of the extra space now so good enough.

Well I've had issues with the boot manager always trying to make me choose which boot drive to use, even after picking one it forgets and asks next time it reboots. Also msconfig complains files have been moved and it can't save my settings so I've been trying to figure that out. I finally decided to run the win10 install disk from the old version I run and just told it to do a repair. Eventually it asked if I wanted it to try to repair boot problems so I went for it. The first time it was working then when I rebooted it errored out with a light blue your OS needs repair screen so I reran the Macroit boot repair, then reran the 10 OS boot repair and now it's booting directly from the new SSD and not asking to pick a version and msconfig is again saving my settings and allowing me to pick boot options. My RE status is still disabled but that's not so bad now that everything else is working again and I still have the small boot SSD plus all the backups if it completely tanks. If anyone knows a easy way to fix the RE problem without burning my OS down I'll give it a shot but it's finally working most like it should besides just booting.

You have your MR Image backups so you don't need RE at all, with the Fall upgrade you'll get a new one anyway. the booting issue is because you have more than one bootable disk, you need to covert your D drive to logical non-active then the boot manager won't ask you if you want to boot from it.
