How many times system restart when installing windows 10?

    Is this normal right after this step (screenshot) to 100% windows automatically restart? and continue the next step which you have to choose language, region and others windows setting.
    How many times windows restarting during installation?

    Yes, it's normal. There's a restart immediately after running Setup from the install media has completed, then a second restart after getting things ready.
