Possibly from Actual Window Manager or one of the cut down derivative programs. If you don't want them appearing on a particular program's window you can add the program as an exception; if they appear in the wrong place, you may be able to move them a bit (I find that tricky sometimes). It's actually a very useful program, providing easy access to recent and favourite items from most dialogues, and an on top button - and much more.

(There are different skins for the buttons).

However, yours like messy- I've not seen that.

Years ago there was a program called Filebox Extender that placed buttons on the title bar.

Try clicking on a couple of them and examining the drop-down carefully.
    Thanks man

Simple question: Do you have a supposedly bootable USB device that you (or a friend/family member...) can use to boot any other PC? Can you beg/buy/borrow/steal (delete steal) one?

Take the problem apart. First make sure you have a demonstrably usable known good bootable USB flash drive.

well i am using all my 6 USBs but ok i will do that

If memory is right since i have been having this crazy problem

i think i know the problem

there was this USB soft way that i installed a few weeks ago

it was some how a usb lock or security something and i installed it and uninstalled it

I have had this problem long long time ago

anyway my Point it could be that usb software has blocked or locked all the usbs that was inserted

i know this because i had this happen to me before

so crazy me shoot me just shoot me

Your RUFUS settings are wrong. You have NTFS selected for filesystem. Needs to be FAT32. That's why I don't recommend that people use RUFUS - it is not needed. From a command prompt run:

diskpart <-accept the Administrator warning if you get one, a new command window might open
    list disk
select disk # <- Replace # with the actual drive number of the USB flash drive
clean <- This will erase the selected disk - make sure you selected the USB flash drive!
    create part pri
    format fs=fat32 quick
    active
    assign
    exit
    exit

Then mount the Windows ISO file (in Windows 8 or 10, right click on it and select mount).
Copy all the files from the mounted ISO file to the USB flash drive.
That's it. You created a USB flash drive that will boot in either a legacy BIOS or UEFI computer.
The clean command in diskpart should erase any USB locking software that is on the USB flash drive.
