    After clean install remove 2nd regional keyboard layout not available


    After clean install of Windows 10 Pro 1803 (os build 17134.1) - remove 2nd keyboard layout is not available.

    PC installation.
    Windows display language set English and keyboard layout set Estonian finishes with 2 keyboard layouts - English and Estonian.
    Because Windows 10 often switches alternative keyboard layout without any warning, it's essential to remove 2nd English keyboard layout.

    Earlier there was 2nd keyboard remove option 1. to make Estonian default and 2. to remove English.

    Instead there is now only add language and after installing Estonian 2nd time there appears removing option.
    But this install unnecessary Estonian language files which occasionally interfere with English display language.

    Any directions how to remove 2nd language keyboard layout without first installing it 2nd time?

    I figured out how:

    Notification area, keyb layout icon right mouse click ...

    LanguagePreferences/Region&Language
    Make active Add Language English (US)
    Appears more English (US) option
    Choose Options
    New page -> select keyboard layout and remove
