Windows 10 Insider Preview 17713.1000 (rs5_release) stuck on restart

It says: Status:Pending restart. I am restarting, but nothing happens. It goes through normal restart and that's all. Any idea?

    Thanks

    F8 doesn't work in Windows 10.

So you do a Restart and come back to this same place? 17713 is the latest Insider Fast track release. Try Adnavced options and see if you can roll back to the previous version then try the upgrade again.

If you've done a Disk Cleanup and/or otherwise deleted Windows.old, you will not.

Look in your C: drive, at the bottom. You'll see Windows and Windows.old if you did not. Otherwise.......

Windows already deleted it to save space.
