Well....if you clone the HDD to the SSD then you will have EXACTLY on the SSD what you had on the HDD.....that's what cloning means, making an EXACT copy.
Although during cloning you can change the size of the partition(s) by adding or removing free space, but a clone will not change the content.
I would do exactly what Berton said in reply #2, install W10 Home or Pro, whichever version you have of Windows 7, and activate Windows 10 with your W7 key.
Starting fresh is the best thing you can do.
