    OK that`s a windows install done in Legacy mode on a MBR drive.

    Why do you want to reinstall in UEFI mode ?

    This is my Z170 setup. 1 single MBR partition for windows 10, and 2 GPT 4TB data drives.

    There is no speed gained by going UEFI.

    But if you want then just do it. You have all the info you need to know now.

    Just do it.

    You simply enable UEFI in the Bios and then boot from a UEFI usb stick, or simpler yet, a dvd

    but the problem is i don't know how to enable uefi

    or your USB is in some manner having issues and is not being reported correctly.

    Try a USB 2.0 port directly from your motherboard.

    Can I ask how you got or who created your current USB key?
