    how to do that?
The Windows Start Icon down in the very bottom left of the screen. Left click on it and then "Power" and select restart; but hold the shift key while left clicking restart.

That will pull up your options to use the Administrator X command prompt. Just make darn sure you have your password memorized.

This is the advanced recovery options hidden in Windows.

Let me understand what you want first.

Yes but i can't cause there is no option in bios with csm disabled. There are no boot options or boot priorities.

Is there a file on the USB named setup?

Well, I can tell you for a fact, that if you double click that, it will run what is on the USB. Problem is however; I don't know how you want your installation or how it will install because I don't know how the media was created.

So that we all have a clear picture, you used the Windows Media Creation tool to create your USB boot media correct?

Next you disabled fast boot in your BIOS, page 29 of manual.

You also confirmed that Storage Boot Control is set to UEFI, page 30 of manual.
