Compatibility Of my hardware for Win 10 Pro 64bit upgrade

Ok everyone I'm an 74yo bloke who is very cautious in what I do. I have been running Win 7 Pro 64 bit Sp1 since about Nov 2009. The time has come for me to venture into the world of Win 10m Pro 64bit but before I do I want it goes as hassle free as possible. Before I venture to it I want to ensure the compatibility of my system with the OS. Here is a screen shot of my system details. Please Help me to determine whether my hardware will handle the upgrade. Thank heaps

Hi, on a slightly different aspect-
a. be aware some people have encountered more than the average number of problems with the current Win 10 build (1803). I'm using the previous one- 1709- and that's fine.
b. Win 10 uses a completely different model of upgrades and updates to the Win 7 SPx one you're used to. Thus there are major new builds - big upgrade with possible problems and feature changes- every 6 months. Updates in between.
c. Most immediately you will find the start menu and search quite different to what you are used to.
d. As you will have a Pro license, you will be able to
- defer feature updates (upgrades- new builds) for up to 1 year
- set Notify for updates in group policy so updates occur when you want them

Before attempting to upgrade, make sure you have a current disk image of your Win 7 system. We constantly recommend using e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + external storage. You are cautious- so maybe you're already doing this.

When you do upgrade, first uninstall any AV, disconnect all unnecessary peripherals. Best to run SFC /SCANNOW and resolve problems beforehand.

I also wonder why you are only on Win 7 SP1- is windows update working on your PC? If not, how are you planning to upgrade?

- no Win 10 driver?

Assuming you have created that using the MS assistant, should be fine wrt the OS.
But please note the caveats and precautions- and in particular the incompatibility of your graphics card.

Certainly worth trying it out if you've never had hands on Win 10. I had to make changes to its appearance when I first upgraded to cope with it.

There are plenty of start menu replacement programs around- just another small program - which may be easier to use - more familiar. If you have many programs installed and a deeply nested start menu (more than about 3 folders deep) Win 10 style menus simply don't cope- they list the shortcuts in those folders linearly.

Options for customising it are more limited, and MS is progressively moving content from the Control Panel to Settings- in the latest build, frustratingly, the ability to set a program to handle all defaults it can has been lost. Maybe they will respond to feedback.

If you like Aero, it is still possible to get a form of that with a 3rd party program.
