    If you find errors, try reseating the RAM and test again.
    hi just thought i would let you now i did memory test and it came up with over 300 errors so i took one of my ram sticks out and tested again and test was 0 errors

    Ouch! That wouldn't have helped the upgrade

    How much RAM do you have now? For 64-bit Win10 2GB is the minimum requirement.

    yes i only got 2GB now i tried running install again but got same error

    You can create an empty partition to do a clean install of Windows 10 to and activate with your Windows 7 product key. At least that way you would establish a digital license for Windows 10 for that computer on Microsoft activation servers, and ensure that Windows 10 will run on the computer.
