Luafv service failed to start due to the following error: this driver

Last weekend I had to replace a 'dead' motherboard (Dell 0GDG8Y) that was installed in my wife's Dell Inspiron 620. I replaced it with a Supermicro C7Q67 motherboard. The Intel chipset on the 0GDG8Y is H61 Express and on the C7Q67 is the Q67 Express. Given the games and applications that were on the current system, I decided not to do a clean install of Windows 10 and see what would happen if I booted the current system disk connected to the replacement motherboard (C7Q67). To my surprise, after noticing several messages related to finding and installing devices during Windows startup, the Windows desktop appeared. I ran several applications and games and everything seemed normal. The following day, I decided to check the events log (just for grins) and noticed two event id 7000 entries in the log (one for each bootup). I've been trying to understand the text and 'surfed' the web hoping to find out what exactly the error text means and the implications/consequences. After four days of running, the system is exhibiting no problems, but the Event ID 7000 entry gets logged during each Windows bootup.Obviously, the way I 'introduced' the Windows 10 system to the replacement motherboard is causing this event.

The text is as follows: "The Luafv service failed to start due to the following error: This driver has been blocked from loading." Is there anyway of determining what driver is being blocked ? I'm attaching system information that normally comes with BSOD threads TRISH-PC (2018-06-20 09 59).zip. Any help would be appreciated

I Googled that error phrase and got this. Not sure if it pertains to your situation, though.

I discovered that UAC was turned off (have no idea how that happened). I turned UAC on and the Event 7000 entry no longer appears.
