Deleting Windows Old Files
My Tablet just updated to Version 1803 Build 17134.81
As strange as it sounds, Windows Disk Cleanup says I have 11.5 GIGS! of "Old Windows Installation." Is this safe to delete/remove?

No, it is not strange. This is your old version of windows, preserved in case you wish to roll back to it if you have problems with 1803.
If you are sure you don't need to go back, then it is safe to delete using Disk Clean up. In any case, Windows should automatically delete it 10 days after you updated to 1803. More on that in these tutorials...
