    Changing OS on desktop

Can I strip a O.S. off and put on a new one without an internet connection?

What do you want to strip off? What do you want to put on?

You can certainly wipe away an existing OS by doing a clean install and deleting the existing partitions.

If you have the install media for Windows 10 on a bootable usb you can use it to clean install Windows 10.

It won't activate without an internet connection though.

You can if you have the O/S CD/DVD but you will need to activate it at some point which will obviously require an internet connection.

What O/S are you wanting to "strip off" & what are you replacing it with??
