Clean install W10 on W7\W10 dual boot system.
Just curious, is it possible to carry out a clean install of 10 on my hard drive which has 7 and 10 as a dual boot? obviously on the 10 partition.
Thank you.

Assuming you are going to do a clean install of Win 10 on the Win 10 partition, the answer is : Yes.
They (Win 7 and Win 10) are on different partitions. What happens to one partition has nothing to do with the other one.
Assuming also that the Win 10 you have now running is activated.
During the clean install, you will be asked for product key. Use the option "I don't have a product key" or the "Skip" option and continue.
Activation is automatic.
When you perform a clean install you will delete all partitions and make an unallocated drive. Then the new operating system will be installed.
So all partitions will be deleted and this will delete both windows 7, and windows 10. If you had had Ubuntu, Linux it would delete that too.

As already mentioned Z, he does not have to delete ALL partitions to do a clean install, he only has to format the W10 partition.
If he did what you suggested, he would wipe out W7
@JGM, I hope you are making images of both W7 and W10.
