Getting error 0x80070570 when trying to do a clean install of Win 10 !

    Hi all,

today I decided to do a clean install of Win 10 from a bootable USB drive. I deleted all of the partitions of my laptop's SSD and HDD with DISKPART,then created new partitions, but I got the following error during the process of the installation of the OS: ''Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing.Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570''

I tried a few commands in CMD like chkdsk /f,but it didn't work and gave me something like the drive is NTFS and locked,so I tried to remove the lock with attributes clear read only,it didn't work too!

BTW I guarantee that the USB is OK,and that my hardware especially the RAM isn't faulty!

Please help me to install the OS!

    Thanks to all in advance!

What I usually do is select custom install, then use disk tools to delete all partitions except my Data drive. Then I just install into the unallocated space. Windows will auto create what partitions it needs all on its own.

That error may be because of the way your partitioning the drive, just a guess. Or your install media is corrupt. I create new install media on a different thumb drive.

I ran chkdsk in cmd,and it says that ''Windows had checked the file system and found problems.''
But when I run chkdsk /f to fix those errors, it says that ''The type of the file system is NTFS.Cannot lock current drive.Windows cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected''

    How do I fix this?

Is that on your install media? If yes how did you create it?

Yes I run the CMD via the WIN 10 installation USB!
I didn't create it with Rufus,I only extracted and copied the files from the Win 10 ISO to the USB!
I have done like that and before, and it worked perfectly!

Yes I open the CMD via the WIN 10 installation USB!
One way to create reliable install media is to let the Media creation tool do it. Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10
That thumb drive will then be good for UEFI installs or Legacy installs.
The other way is via diskpart. Which is my preferred method as done here. https://davidzych.com/install-window...b-flash-drive/
I think your issue is the drive being formatted in NTFS, you want FAT.

But what can I do now in this current situation to fix the problem?I don't have an another computer to recreate the USB,I have only this laptop! And I really need to fix it right now!
    Please help me!

So what's stopping you from re downloading and rerunning the MCT and redoing your install media? https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/soft...load/windows10
